We’ve always used for services. We’re thankful they repaired our vehicle with less than 80,000 miles that had to have transmission replaced. Only thing I have problems with is the fact that you are told we will call back and you get no communication, hard to find out status on repair work. Taking so long to get warranty work approved and completed. More

It took 6 phone calls to even get someone to answer the phone to direct me to service and when I finally got someone, the “consultant” was less than friendly. Acted like I was burdening them to answer my c phone to direct me to service and when I finally got someone, the “consultant” was less than friendly.
