He was also very clear and straightforward about pricing and next steps, which made the process easy and stress-free. Travis is extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features, and he answered every question confidently. One thing that really impressed me was that he stayed after work to take extra time with me, walking through the car and explaining some of the more technical aspects I was specifically interested in. The paperwork and closing process was streamlined, and delivery/handoff was excellent, he covered the fundamentals and made sure I was set up on the key features I cared about before I left. Travis Shapira came recommended by two friends who had bought from him. And he wasa delight. He knew his stuff and understood exactly what we were looking for. With a few key questions answered he took us downstairs to the show floor filled with beautiful options. He shared the ones that fit what we wanted and teased us with a couple of other things. Within minutes we had our Macan. Then it was upstairs where he put the deal together and we checked out with rick handling all the signing. Travis in the meantime was prepping the car and we met him in the delivery lounge where he went over all the finer points. We drove away in under two hours. It was the easiest, most enjoyable auto purchase we've ever experienced. Well done on all levels. More
