I had a terrible experience at this dealership when buying out the lease on my Ford vehicle. Ford Credit was also unhelpful and downright rude. Finally, with the help of a Sales Manager from another de buying out the lease on my Ford vehicle. Ford Credit was also unhelpful and downright rude. After putting down $2500 security deposit for a pick up truck, which done over the phone and the words "non-refundable" were never mentioned, after an agreement could not be obtained after reviewing paper truck, which done over the phone and the words "non-refundable" were never mentioned, after an agreement could not be obtained after reviewing paper work and contract, the dealership refused to give me my money back after they told me that if I wasn't ready they would refund me. The contract had errors and discrepancies all over it , used the wrong sources of income after I told them to correct it, charged me for tires on a truck I do not own, and after I told them I didn't want to the truck with all these errors and bad information, they put the truck back on the lot a few days later and lowered the price $4000 of the price I was originally quoted. They proceeded to call me a child and a baby due to the fact I didn't want to go through paper work that was wrong. So insulting me and lying to me about the price and then lowering it even more that my $2500, that clearly tells you there is something wrong with this company. I had to report them to the BBB, Secretary of State Dealership Division, The Ford Motor Company and my credit card company. Stay away from this dealership they are full of thief's, scam artists, liars and swindlers. More

Dealing with Ale was the best car buying experience we have ever had. She went up and beyond what we expected. I sent her an email at 8pm (when dealership was closed)and she responded with in minutes and have ever had. She went up and beyond what we expected. Then she even came in on her off day(and made her miss home and garden show) to get everything completed with buy our new 2021 Blazer. When we first met she made us feel like we already knew each other. We will definitely be back to her if we are in the car buying again but for the wife.
