When I started working with Daniel, he listened to what I was looking for and answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I expected a hard sell, but not so. What impressed me the most about him was his excellent communication and professionalism. He always responded promptly to my texts/calls, and I never had to worry about him getting back to me. Because I keep my cars for a long time, I wanted a specific color combo (exterior/interior) but they didn’t have it. I tried going to another dealer but ended up leaving because I didn’t want to give them the sale…Daniel had earned my business hands down. The next day Daniel called to let me know that he had been watching the allotment list and—low and behold—my color combo was slated to be built the following month! I was ecstatic! Sold! He also worked to get us the best trade-in price for my ES300h. I appreciate everything he did for us; he definitely went above and beyond! Travis in the finance department was also friendly and knowledgeable. Again, I expected a hard sell and appreciate that he did not pressure us into something we knew we didn't want. I had previously taken my ES300h to Lexus of Wesley Chapel for service and was impressed with their customer service and very comfortable, clean waiting area (and coffee and danish!). We were in the market for a 2024 RX350 Luxury. Went to Lexus of Orlando and they were not willing to negotiate price to my goal. I called Lexus of Wesley Chapel and spoke with Karina Silva and she worked with me to arrive at an out the door price that was very close to my target price. We agreed and picked up the car on July 5. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had! I highly recommend Karina if you want to get straight to an OTD price without all the xx that normally goes with new car purchases. Travis handled the financial aspects of the deal. Quick and easy, no xx. The hardest part was getting the money wired from my bank that took about an hour for me to get the confirmation the money was on the way. Overall a 5 star experience from the initial phone call to driving off the lot in my new RX. Lexus of Wesley Chapel will have all my service business even through they are over an hour away! More
