This Lexus location is beautiful and from the welcoming receptionist to meeting Tyler, we were impressed. We received a tour of the many amenties that Lexus offers their customers and truly we were awestruck on the atmosphere, the comfortable seating and working areas along with the huge complimentary drink and snack area. I wanted to purchase a car to deliver in time for my spouse's birthday and Lexus delivered. Tyler was so helpful and professional and asked all the right questions to get us to the right vehicle. When I started working with Daniel, he listened to what I was looking for and answered my questions. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I expected a hard sell, but not so. What impressed me the most about him was his excellent communication and professionalism. He always responded promptly to my texts/calls, and I never had to worry about him getting back to me. Because I keep my cars for a long time, I wanted a specific color combo (exterior/interior) but they didn’t have it. I tried going to another dealer but ended up leaving because I didn’t want to give them the sale…Daniel had earned my business hands down. The next day Daniel called to let me know that he had been watching the allotment list and—low and behold—my color combo was slated to be built the following month! I was ecstatic! Sold! He also worked to get us the best trade-in price for my ES300h. I appreciate everything he did for us; he definitely went above and beyond! Travis in the finance department was also friendly and knowledgeable. Again, I expected a hard sell and appreciate that he did not pressure us into something we knew we didn't want.
