I purchased a used Jeep Gladiator from Great Lakes Subaru and was pleased with the vehicle overall. The buying process was smooth, professional, and handled over the phone as promised. However, the interior and was pleased with the vehicle overall. The buying process was smooth, professional, and handled over the phone as promised. However, the interior detailing that was assured to me was not completed. Despite multiple follow-ups with my sales rep, I never received a response once it was clear the car hadn't been cleaned. I ended up paying $150 for a professional cleaning, which was disappointing given my investment. I felt frustrated and let down by the lack of follow-up after what had otherwise been a great experience. I believe in honest communication and high standards of customer service, and I hope this feedback will prompt improvements in ensuring that all promised services are fulfilled. I truly value transparency and reliability in business, and I hope my experience can help the dealership address these issues for future customers. More

I found this vehicle online being out of state (7+) hours. Called and Travis Hartman gave me the information on the vehicle along with a video noting no damages to the vehicle. Delivery was a pain with hours. Called and Travis Hartman gave me the information on the vehicle along with a video noting no damages to the vehicle. Delivery was a pain with several delays. Once I did receive the vehicle at 11:39pm yep that’s right. The car was filthy, covered in road grime and salt. Notified Travis Hartman that the vehicle had damages ( several dings and paint missing on the passenger door) instructed they would file a claim with the shipping company and for me to call the company also then notified them back. Well I notified the shipping company and tried calling Great Lakes back and never received a call back. Look they did offer a good deal but the whole process was a pain. Then receiving a slightly damaged vehicle that was introduced as perfect. Then they expect you to arrange a claim with the shipping company and don’t call you back is a joke. So if you want a good deal go to Great Lakes, but if you want to deal with someone or a company that really care after the sale please go somewhere else. I paid out of pocket for the repairs and only asked for someone to just split the bills but keep getting the run around. Spend a few extra bucks and go somewhere else, trust me. More
