First positive car buying experiance ever! I want to thank everyone at World Subaru for taking the stress out of my new car purchase. After going to 2 local dealerships, one with a high-pressu I want to thank everyone at World Subaru for taking the stress out of my new car purchase. After going to 2 local dealerships, one with a high-pressure sales manager and the other with no one to help me, I made the trip to World Subaru in Tinton Falls and it was worth it. I had done all my homework, new exactly what I wanted and how much I should pay. (My father sold used cars for 40 years, so I am familiar with the tactics). I was all ready for the normal car sales nonsense, but much to my surprise I got more car then I expected at a considerable amount less then I had calculated. Bonus! He knows Subaru and provided clear descriptions of my new Forester's features in particular the "Eyesight" system. We also enjoyed talking cars in general. There was no dealership drama. I had focused on a car on World Subaru's lot, so Travis and I talked financing, trade in and discount on the 18. Again, no drama or games, straightforward. Sales Manager Mike Lomazzo put together an offer sheet that was more than reasonable and matched my expectations. Delivery was handled by Delivery Specialist Nicole Sciamarelli. Nicole, like Travis and Mike, was a pleasure to deal with. She provided clear explanations of features that were new to me. Overall, the easiest buying experience ever. More

A Perfect Place to Get Your Perfect Car Out of all the dealerships I've scouted, I resorted to World Subaru because of the experience I had since the moment I started browsing through their Out of all the dealerships I've scouted, I resorted to World Subaru because of the experience I had since the moment I started browsing through their website. Despite having a few Subaru Dealers around my area, I didn't mind taking a longer drive (~45 mins) to this location because of the curiosity that was built in me in regards to their customer service. I didn't have any convincing experience prior to visiting World Subaru. I was helped by Travis, who was the most convenient person to work with. He was quick to understand what may suit my requirements. We didn't take much time to arrive at a choice I couldn't deny. He did his best to make things work, and I really appreciate the efforts he put to earn my business. He was very considerate and tried to open various avenues to ensure I get what I need. He also followed up with me in a timely manner, which gave me the assurance that they care about their customers. I'd highly recommend World Subaru, and if possible, to see Travis to roll out with the perfect car. More
