Happy new owner of a Subaru World Subaru Review I received a TruePrice offer from World Subaru that had a good fit for what I was looking for. I then contacted the dealer for a World Subaru Review I received a TruePrice offer from World Subaru that had a good fit for what I was looking for. I then contacted the dealer for a test drive. Upon arriving at the dealer I was greeted by Travis Foster who showed me the features of the car and answered my questions so I would be comfortable in taking the test drive. After I took a drive I was very impressed with the car’s handling, options and appearance. Even though I didn’t expect to buy that day, we talked over my needs and any questions I had and came to an agreement. Travis was great to work with and did everything he could to answer my questions, explain the benefits of the car as well as what benefits World Subaru offers its customers after a purchase. He agreed to a fair trade-in for my old car, made the paperwork understandable, going over all the final fees and any other costs involved. He made everything easy and making this purchase was the most enjoyable time I ever had buying a new car. I highly recommend World Subaru, everyone was very polite and courteous. The car had been washed, cleaned and prepped when I picked it up and looked terrific. Kristen was very helpful in meeting my needs when processing the financial documents, and explaining credit terms; her patience was greatly appreciated. Nicole was so helpful in helping us to understand the many options the car has and has promised to explain other features that we have questions about when we come back. Her enthusiasm says a lot about a Subaru-- there is a lot to be impressed with! Thank you, World Subaru, for a great experience! I am the happy new owner of a Subaru Legacy Premium. He was patient with us throughout the entire process and worked hard to meet our requests. Although I was reluctant to trade in my brz, he made it worth while with a more practical & much safer car for NJ weather and appraisal fee was appropriate. The woman from Financing who sat down with me made a usually long process go by very fast, she explained all my options , I did not feel pressured into anything but with an offer she worked out for me it became a no brainer to take it. I then met Nicole who sat down and thoroughly showed me all the new features that I did not previously have. She took her time explaining and giving a demo, and answered all my questions. Easy Process - Extremely Happy with My New Car! I reached out to World Subaru initially because my sister had a great experience with them about 6 years ago when she purchased her Impreza. I received clear and concise information from Sue after I submitted a TrueCar request and she was able to locate a few cars that piqued my interest. I set up the test drive with her via email, which was really easy to do. The test drive appointment was with Travis. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Travis throughout the process- he wasn't pushy at all, and was willing to let us drive any car on the lot. He offered insightful and helpful information and was willing to work with us in locating the specs that I really wanted in the Subaru Outback. He was able to locate the exact model and color I was looking for within a day. We came back in two days later and met with Travis again to go over numbers and see if this was going to be my car - and soon enough, I was handing over my keys to my Mazda (hoping she makes maybe a new driver very happy in the future - she was a great car), signing a bunch of paperwork, going over how to use everything inside the car with Nicole, handing over my credit card and rolling off in my Subaru Outback. I definitely want to mention that meeting with Nicole was great because she was extremely knowledgable on the car and helped me understand the mechanics of the various features on the radio and StarLink device. The experience was smooth and we are really excited to embark on future adventures in our new car! Thanks Travis and all of the staff at World Subaru! More
