He was patient with us throughout the entire process and worked hard to meet our requests. Although I was reluctant to trade in my brz, he made it worth while with a more practical & much safer car for NJ weather and appraisal fee was appropriate. The woman from Financing who sat down with me made a usually long process go by very fast, she explained all my options , I did not feel pressured into anything but with an offer she worked out for me it became a no brainer to take it. I then met Nicole who sat down and thoroughly showed me all the new features that I did not previously have. She took her time explaining and giving a demo, and answered all my questions. One of the best dealer experiences. Thanks everyone again. More

Easy Process - Extremely Happy with My New Car! I reached out to World Subaru initially because my sister had a great experience with them about 6 years ago when she purchased her Impreza. I received clear and concise information from Sue after I submitted a TrueCar request and she was able to locate a few cars that piqued my interest. I set up the test drive with her via email, which was really easy to do. The test drive appointment was with Travis. My husband and I really enjoyed working with Travis throughout the process- he wasn't pushy at all, and was willing to let us drive any car on the lot. He offered insightful and helpful information and was willing to work with us in locating the specs that I really wanted in the Subaru Outback. He was able to locate the exact model and color I was looking for within a day. We came back in two days later and met with Travis again to go over numbers and see if this was going to be my car - and soon enough, I was handing over my keys to my Mazda (hoping she makes maybe a new driver very happy in the future - she was a great car), signing a bunch of paperwork, going over how to use everything inside the car with Nicole, handing over my credit card and rolling off in my Subaru Outback. I definitely want to mention that meeting with Nicole was great because she was extremely knowledgable on the car and helped me understand the mechanics of the various features on the radio and StarLink device. The experience was smooth and we are really excited to embark on future adventures in our new car! Thanks Travis and all of the staff at World Subaru! More

After going to 2 local dealerships, one with a high-pressu I want to thank everyone at World Subaru for taking the stress out of my new car purchase. After going to 2 local dealerships, one with a high-pressure sales manager and the other with no one to help me, I made the trip to World Subaru in Tinton Falls and it was worth it. I had done all my homework, new exactly what I wanted and how much I should pay. (My father sold used cars for 40 years, so I am familiar with the tactics). I was all ready for the normal car sales nonsense, but much to my surprise I got more car then I expected at a considerable amount less then I had calculated. Bonus!
