Car Buying Experience was Pleasant and Straight-Forward I dealt primarily with Travis Foster who talked knowledgeably about the two products I was interested in the Forester and the Crosstrek. Convinced tha I dealt primarily with Travis Foster who talked knowledgeably about the two products I was interested in the Forester and the Crosstrek. Convinced that the Crosstrek would be the best for my needs but not comfortable with the price, I asked Travis about used vehicles. He helped me locate a very low mileage 2016 in excellent condition and I couldn't be happier. I test drove it on a Friday and came back to Travis to buy it the next Monday. At all times I got courteous and informative answers to my concerns. When questions came up in the paperwork the whole sales/ management team promptly addressed issues and the whole process only took a couple hours. Nicole Sciamarelli , as delivery coordinator, explained the features of the dashboard, etc. and was very good at making me feel confident and "in control" driving off the lot. More

They are truly a family of respectful, personable sales people who enjoy working together and working with me. Financial details were made simple with Mike in finance, Glen "JR" Miller, made my day, I was actually having fun. Bruce handled the final paperwork, he knows his stuff, and then the tough part, teaching me how to run my new car. Hats off to Nicole Sciamarelli, my delivery coordinator. Computers are a challenge for me. Her directions were slow, steady and easy to follow. I left World Subaru a confident and very happy customer. The car is beautiful and I feel great about driving it. Luckily, after deciding to lease my first Subaru and reading reviews for a number of dealer I never look forward to the car buying/leasing experience. Luckily, after deciding to lease my first Subaru and reading reviews for a number of dealerships I chose World Subaru and have been very happy with my choice. My 2019 Ascent leasing experience was easier and more enjoyable (if you can say that about leasing a vehicle) because of World Subaru’s employees. Enjoyable car buying I needed a new car and was not looking forward to the purchasing process. Luckily for me, I was visiting a friend in the area and decided to stop in t I needed a new car and was not looking forward to the purchasing process. Luckily for me, I was visiting a friend in the area and decided to stop in to World Subaru for a test drive. There I met Travis Foster who turned out to be the best car salesman I have ever dealt with. He set me up with an Outback and let me go off on my own for a drive. I was impressed by his friendly, courteous, open attitude and by the fact that there was no pressure to buy. I did more research, went to dealerships closer to home, and investigated online options, but wasn't impressed. So I checked the World Subaru inventory and gave Travis a call. He gave me a great price, no haggling involved. I picked the car up a few days later, signed the papers, and was given a tutorial by Tara Mullins, a delivery coordinator. She explained the many options available with the car and the things I needed to know before getting on the road. She was friendly, patient, and thorough. All in all, buying this Subaru was a great experience and definitely worth the trip. More

I did not need a full cour For the purchase of my fourth Subaru, I had the pleasure of working with Travis Foster, Tara Mullins, and Michael Warnock. I did not need a full court sales pitch as a long time Subaru owner and we were not pressured by Travis. He was attentive to our many questions and patient with us through the purchase process. Kudos also go to Tara for her thorough explanation of the many new Outback features, and to Michael for his relaxed and honest wrap up at close. As with any purchase it is important to do your homework in advance, however the staff at World makes the experience as positive as a new car buying experience can be, and World can be proud to have these three fine people on their team! 3rd Subaru purchase For a 3rd time I bought a Subaru from World Subaru. I worked with them again due to their friendliness and professionalism throughout their sales grou For a 3rd time I bought a Subaru from World Subaru. I worked with them again due to their friendliness and professionalism throughout their sales group and the great service I've received from their service department for over 15 years. Almost every time I walked into the showroom, Sam Spencer seemed to be there and say "hello" and chat, even though I was working with another sales rep Glen "JR" Miller. I made an initial quote inquiry through TrueCar and received quick responses from Jonathan Smith & Sue Zurica. One or the other checked back in with me every few days through email & phone calls. I thought it was a good amount of follow-up. Anyway, I've talked about a new car on & off with JR for over a year. I finally was ready to buy this last couple of weeks, after paying off the loans of my other two Subarus. JR provided several ideas and recommendations, from Certified Pre-Owned to buying new. Once I decided on the new vehicle and options I needed, JR and I communicated via phone to finalize the purchase price. We setup an appt on a Saturday morning and although the dealership was very busy, the sales group completed the purchase paperwork efficiently. JR handled getting my credit & insurance information and then Mike Lomazzo went over the extended warranty options they could offer and final signatures. They didnt have the exact vehicle I wanted at the dealership, which I was aware of prior, but got one transferred to them on the following Monday. Travis Foster handled some of the final steps and had it detailed and ready for pickup Tuesday night. When picking up, Tara Mullins pleasantly and thoroughly showed me the vehicle and explained how to use & set up all the inside stuff. Overall, the whole group was great and easy to work with and I plan to use them again on my next Subaru purchase. More
