Since the first phone call made to them, I got the best impression because of their excellent customer service ever experienced in my life. Mrs. Natalie was amiable, kind, and professional assistance over the phone. She provided all the needed information in detail, and honestly, I noticed her sincerity when answering my questions. Mr. Travis was an excellent representative and assisted me with all the process since the beginning. He was very polite and friendly, explained I detail all the information regarding the vehicles I wanted to see. He was so patient and did not rush me to make a precipitated decision on buying a car. He went over the alternatives and the options that better fit my personal goals. Mr. Bruce was an excellent representative. He helped me to choose the best-extended maintenance plan where I got the benefits if a gold member VIP customer. He was very polite and very friendly to us. Finally, there was a sweet and very polite woman who gave us the final instructions on the technology of my car. ( I don't remember he name, but we'll not forget her excellent professionalism offered to the costumers). She explained how the features of my Subaru works.
