This dealership just doesn't get it! Every time I bring my 2014 Cherokee in for service to these people I have another bad experience. They regularly forget to reset my "oil life" gauge Every time I bring my 2014 Cherokee in for service to these people I have another bad experience. They regularly forget to reset my "oil life" gauge after oil changes. Four times I've had to return to the dealership to have this reset. But the crowning achievement of poor service was when I made a special visit to make sure my car didn't have any outstanding recalls or advisories a couple days prior to heading up to Maine for the summer and was told everything was up to date. After arriving in Maine a week later and deciding I needed an oil change, the Maine Jeep dealer informed me that the car had two open recalls and three outstanding service advisories! I have brought my experiences to the attention of Douglas Jeep. Their reaction each time......Sorry. They just don't get it. More
