From entering the receiving area you are treated very well. They explain everything to you .And answer all your questions. Very comfortable waiting area, and interesting coffee machine..And at the end yo well. They explain everything to you .And answer all your questions. Very comfortable waiting area, and interesting coffee machine..And at the end your vehicle is brought around for you. Oh yes I even received a ticket for a free car wash. Great experience. More

ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE I took my pristine 2024 4runner with less than 3,500 miles for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also inquired about installing factory crossbars that I had purchase 2024 4runner with less than 3,500 miles for an oil change and a tire rotation. I also inquired about installing factory crossbars that I had purchased a while ago. I never installed them fearing that I would scratch the paint removing the roof rail covers. The biggest mistake I made was trusting my service advisor who assured me that I had nothing to worry about. After waiting almost 3 hours, I was finally told my car was ready. By the time I paid my car was left outside with the door open and no one in sight. I almost left after simply glancing at my newly installed crossbars. Luckily, I decided to take a closer look. To my dismay I found a dent nearly the size of a golfball above the driver side passenger window and of course the paint was scratched. I ran back inside the office but my service advisor was on the phone. A manager came outside and told me he's surprised this happened because the technician that worked on my car is "one of his better guys." I'm guessing one of his inferior techs would have also smashed my windows?? After the manager found another dent above the driver window he simply told me that "his dent guy can fix it." Upon further inspection, I have scratches and dents under all 4 roof rail covers. It's almost as though the technician used a crowbar to take off the covers. Complete disregard for my vehicle. I sincerely recommend thinking twice about servicing your car here and if you do, take a look at your car before you pay the invoice. *UPDATE After posting my review I received a call from Service Manager Xavier Ascencio who was very professional and seemed genuinely concerned about my negative experience. He asked me to bring back my vehicle so that a body shop can make the necessary repairs. Although I'm frustrated that my new car has to have dent repair and paint work simply because a Toyota technician lacked minimal consideration while attempting to complete a simple task, Xavier had a loaner car ready for me since the repair will take 1-2 weeks. I will be updating this review again once my 4runner is returned. **UPDATE #2 Repairs were completed by the body shop 9 days after leaving it at the service center. I picked up my vehicle the following day. Credit must be given where credit is due. Of course, I'd rather not have my car dented and scratched in several places by a technician in the first place, but all things considered, management rectified the situation to the best of their ability. The body shop did exactly what they said they would do. Thanks again to Xavier Ascencio for coordinating this effort. Much appreciated. More

I waited 7 hours on Monday to be told they would have to order the part. Then I got a text on Friday stating come pick up your car at 4. I called and said I was told I would be called once the part came in order the part. Then I got a text on Friday stating come pick up your car at 4. I called and said I was told I would be called once the part came in and I was never called and I have my car. They made me an appointment on Saturdayst 9am I came at 7 hoping to be seen by 9 I got a text at 9:01 stating your car has been serviced and do a survey. I didn’t get my car until almost 3 pm I wasn’t a happy camper. More
