The finance manager was great. Even gave options to choose with payments and down-payment amount. The dealer general manager did not meet with us, but called the day of purchase. However, I was not aware of the restricted feature in the dash unit not able to connect with Google on my phone. The salesman Joe Migliaccio said he would check with his manager for any solution with no response. I like my new Kicks, but disappointed I wasn't given all the vehicle details up front in my choice.
