I bought a 2020 F150 Limited sight unseen and had it delivered it to my house. I was assured it was in pristine condition and the photos looked great. Plus I was told it was Certified Blue, which means delivered it to my house. I was assured it was in pristine condition and the photos looked great. Well the tonneau cover didn't have any keys and it was damaged at the release mechanism so that there's no way it could be opened. I ended up removing and throwing it away. Also they stuck a Court Street Ford sticker across the back window and it was not centered and it was crooked. This because they couldn't open the tonneau cover so they had to reach over from the side. I quickly removed that sticker. Then I was told I'd have to wait for my paperwork to be sent snail mail so I could register the truck here in WI. It's been a week and I'm still waiting. I called and asked them to email it and they agreed, but never sent it. Thanks Court Street Ford, it's been a real joy. More

So, finally, they explained to me that the dealer's manager is currently driving the truck. So, on top of that, driving this truck as a personal vehicle. A very low compliance seller person has no idea what package tha track has. If you are an idiot, go there is not for buyers who know what they are looking for. More

Instead of repairing the vehicle, I was offered an unwind of the deal only if I agreed to a $1.50 per mile charge deducted from my down payment. I was not provided the dealership's written policy authorizing this charge and did not agree to it. I returned the vehicle, but after declining to sign the proposed unwind agreement, the dealership stated it would not proceed with rescission and asserted the original contract remained enforceable, while also referencing possible additional fees. I am now pursuing resolution through appropriate regulatory and lender channels. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all return, unwind, and fee terms fully disclosed in writing before signing anything. More
