RJ was great to work, very helpful and quick to respond to questions. When the deal was being signed, the Juke I picked out was being picked up at another dealership and they found out at the last minute to questions. I bought my first new truck here 7 years ago and was bring it in for service. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, when I saw the 2012 Xterra. Mr. Austin Hill was the first one to offer hel bring it in for service. I had no intentions of purchasing a new vehicle, when I saw the 2012 Xterra. Mr. Austin Hill was the first one to offer help and we assured him we were just looking. He wasnt pushy or overbearing and was very knowledgeable of the vehicle. It was very intriguing but I really didnt want a new SUV. Aunstin was very helpful and didnt try and force us, just gave us a card and thanked us for coming. The next day we showed up to purchase the SUV even tho Aunstin was busy he introduced us to Mr. Emmanuel Fredderick, who also was very knowledgeable of the Xterra. He listened to what we had to say and really cared about what we wanted. Emmanuel and Aunstin worked very well together in trying to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. The teamwork was very impressive. I am very pleased with the work and dedication both guys had in helping me purchase my new Xterra.
