I go to Hudson Chrysler for all of my car services. I don’t know what changed but it is definitely different! And not in a good way. It took me over 20 minutes just to make an oil change appointment. T I don’t know what changed but it is definitely different! And not in a good way. It took me over 20 minutes just to make an oil change appointment. This time there were so many questions that had nothing to do with my car! I was at work and didn’t have time for that! I wanted to bring my car in the morning and get a ride to work like I have done in the past but thought if it takes this long to make an appointment how long is it going to take to arrange a ride with the shuttle! I am used to a timely manner at Hudson Chrysler and it is no longer with the “new” way of doing things. It was nice however to be able to pay the bill at the service counter and not have to go to the receptionist desk in the front of the dealership. More

We had a problem after our service was done. My wife went on a trip from Osceola, WI. down to Hartford, WI. On the way there she ran into a problem with the Jeep. The mechanic that did the oi My wife went on a trip from Osceola, WI. down to Hartford, WI. On the way there she ran into a problem with the Jeep. The mechanic that did the oil change and check list forgot to put the top cover onto the air filter. It was setting way off from the air filter. In turn the engine kicked off the cruise on the 90/94 freeway and the speedometer dropped down to a very slow speed. She was very fortunate that no one hit her as she moved over to the shoulder. This was very stressful for her! She was able to get off at the next exit to a gas station where she found someone that could help her. They discovered the cover and placed it back on the filter, but at that time she didn't know if it would be resolved or not and the mechanic that put it back on recommended that she keep the heat on high all the rest of the way. She then took it to another mechanic when she arrived at Hartford and he gave it a good going over. He did feel sure that it was okay to make the trip home and it was. So she went through all of that because of this person not doing the job right! More
