I had dealt with a company that wanted to add $2800 in fees that were not mentioned up front in the vehicle They are ethical, with no hidden fees. I had dealt with a company that wanted to add $2800 in fees that were not mentioned up front in the vehicle cost. I did not buy from them. When I contacted Tucson Subaru, I asked the salesperson who contacted me, Layla Lopez, what all of the fees would be. She promptly sent me a list of the normal fees such as registration, documentation, etc. The only "added on" fee was $200 for Theft Shield, an VIN etching service with added benefits, and she waived that fee. I appreciated the transparency. When I chose a car, she showed me all of the things that had been checked by the mechanics and what work they had done, and all of my questions. This dealership prides itself on honesty, ethical standards, and customer relationships. I will use them again and recommend them to my friends and family. More
