Frank is one of the main reasons I bought the car there. He’s one of the honest straight shooters that’s why I buy all my cars from him. With that being said, we had some issues with the car I ordered, but Frank jumped in and got it straightened out with the help of the sales manager who did a great job and satisfied me. They had a ship a car in from Boston them straightened it out. The problem was Mercedes-Benz manufacture. I had ordered an all wheel drive and they shipped a rear wheel drive and had the label on the back of the vehicle that it was all-wheel-drive. This was no fault through the dealership. Also, Tory Has been serving all of my cars and it’s done a great job. That’s another reason I come here. I had issues in the past at the Naples, store will never go there again. Can never get a good price. Could never get good service course that was 10 years or more ago. More

Renee, the sales person was the best auto sales person I have ever had the privilege of working with. She was respectful, honest and so knowledgeable about the product, and went above and beyond in all she did. When I pointed out a tiny tiny tear in the seat after I got home with the car I thought there would be nothing they could do about it and that was OK. But they ordered a brand new seat and installed it for me at no charge. Who does this anymore? Don’t even think, if you are near them, go to them. And ask for Renee. More
