Fortunately, I've been afforded twenty-seven years in various capacities within the automotive industry. Primarily my overall object is deliver quality products to customers suited to meet their needs without any sort of pressure. I firmly believe that "if you take care of the customer, then they will take care of you". I strive to build good relationships where my patrons always come back to see me, and also refer their family and friends. When all is said and done, I just want my customers to leave happy, and have a pleasurable purchase experience.
