Purchased a used 2018 Alfa Romeo Stelvio in 2022. Shortly after purchase I noticed several panels in a different shade black than the other panels. After contacting the Dealer they told me it was cos Shortly after purchase I noticed several panels in a different shade black than the other panels. After contacting the Dealer they told me it was cosmetic damage from transport. Later I found out the car had been in two accidents (I have papers that tell me so). One accident on 10-14-2020, the next day it was at the dealership yet this accident is not on the carfax or anywhere else. Again contacted the dealership and the response was the same. The Dealership is deceiving the clients, selling them damaged cars and taking no responsibility. The car has been fixed with used parts from a salvage lot. The VIN tags have been carefully moved to the replaced parts. One door is missing a VIN sticker. This door also is not a door for this year/model Stelvio. The electric connector is not fitting well. The entire passenger side is a different shade of black. The Bumper and headlight have been replaced and I believe the frame is slightly bend. Hence the sunroof not closing correctly and leaves a tiny gap that whistles when you drive. Takes some manual care to close it enough to make it stop. It also stops me from opening a sunroof. Let alone possible water leaks. The dealership ignores all facts. Even after filling a BBB claim. Filed a claim at the Attorney General of Ohio, Ignored it again. Had an Attorney send a demand letter, again ignored. These people do not care about the customer. After the sale you are on your own. I believe strongly that the car was previously owned by an employee of the dealership, he told me this on the phone plus I can place him in a black 2018 Alfa Romeo stelvio. These people are brazen. Ruthless and have no respect for the customer. All they want is the sale, after that you are trash. I have paperwork for the accidents. The latest carfax. DMV History Report. Autocheck report. And citation for a speeding ticket which I presume is the previous owner. As a last note before my purchase the vehicle was a lease vehicle. Both accidents happened while it was leased. When a vehicle is leased damages should be repaired with OEM parts and reported. The dealership fines you for damages done to the vehicle and if it is not repaired accordingly. SO everything done to this vehicle has been a breach of the lease contract. More

Two weeks ago, I called Crown Mercedes in Dublin and spoke with Konstantin Chumak. I told him I was looking to lease an EQE 450 within the next month or sooner. He checked the inventory, but unfortunately, there wasn’t a match at the time. Still, he took notes and promised to follow up. I made the same request at two other dealerships—none of them ever got back to me. But Konstantin stayed in touch. Two weeks later, he let me know that the exact car I requested had just arrived. The price was even lower than any other dealer I had checked. Deal was pre-approved by Chris C. Sorry did not catch his name, he is General Sales Manager. After a test drive over the weekend, we set a pickup time for Tuesday at 2 PM. Konstantin even gave me a ride to the dealership. Within 35 minutes, the paperwork was done. Bill Tippie got everything ready. No back-and-forth negotiations, no hidden fees, no pressure to pick a different car or buy extra warranties. Everything was professional, clear, and low-pressure. This is my fourth car from Crown Mercedes in Dublin, and once again, the experience was outstanding. More
