I located a used 2017 Jeep Compass car with low mileage on line being sold by Hyannis Honda. I went to the dealer in Hyannis and was greeted by Tony. He showed me the car, told me all about it and let me t on line being sold by Hyannis Honda. I went to the dealer in Hyannis and was greeted by Tony. He showed me the car, told me all about it and let me take a test drive. I bought the car. Tony was very accommodating, very easy to talk to and answered all my questions and gave me good instructions on the next steps to take. I was introduced to the finance man and he was friendly thorough and gave me all my options for warrantees. Very pleased with my interaction with Hyannis Honda so far. More

Tony was very professional and I am happy with the HRV that I bought. BUT I feel that I was deceived by the text that lured me in, an offer to buy back my old HRV at up to $1250 over market value PLUS a p that I bought. BUT I feel that I was deceived by the text that lured me in, an offer to buy back my old HRV at up to $1250 over market value PLUS a purchase credit up to $7,500. I didn’t get near the $1,250 over market on the trade-in and it turns out that the “purchase credit” only applied to EVs. Also, you have to read the fine print for the $500 incentives for veterans, grads and loyalty. Although I am all, I’m too old for the first 2 and was told that the loyalty was built into the trade-in. Very slippery advertising! Respectfully, Craig Torrie Senior Citizen USMC veteran More
