Again, because of the professional and personal experience of this dealership, and the accessibility of my service technician, I have had a wonderful and successful experience with Larry Miller. One more reason - in the service area, we were given the cell phone, and department phone numbers of.our techs, which made them more reachable. Absolutely Amazing I have always dreaded shopping for cars at dealerships, you have this fear of just being looked at as a dollar sign.. I’ve never walked out of a dealership feeling like I was truly given the best of the best, or that my wants & needs were truly valued and taken into consideration until I met with Maurice! He made it a point from the very beginning to be completely honest and upfront (which is huge for me) and treated me like a normal person, talked about our families, parents and was extremely personable! He went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and most importantly happy and confident in my purchase. Not to mention, AFTER all of the paperwork was signed and finalized he asked me days later to come back into the dealership because they were able to LOWER my payment. Even after my purchase was complete he was still working to find me the best deal, how many people can say they’ve had that experience?! Very few!!
