Let's start with our interaction with the manager. He made us feel as though he wasn't interested in selling us a car, almost as if he was doing us a favor. Even after we settled on the car and its pr He made us feel as though he wasn't interested in selling us a car, almost as if he was doing us a favor. Even after we settled on the car and its price, he added some unexpected charges and seemed uninterested in negotiating with us. Additionally, after few days coming back, we had another disappointing experience with the individual in the parts department. I don't recall his name, but he was quite rude. We waited a long time before another staff member approached us to assist me If it weren't for the salesperson, we might not have even considered purchasing a car from this dealer. I'm truly not satisfied with our experience." More
