No respect for the customer and what they promised. I dropped $120K on a full size Rover 2 years ago and got ZERO for after sale service. That Patrick Promise is a bunch of ..... Try complaining to their offices in Schaumburg. You will get a bigger nothing. It's all about what you get after you write the check which in my case was a disaster. Stay away. Go to Orloff or Hinsdale. You will get great service there. More
