Trustworthy, extremely knowledgeable, and a never ending Pursuit of Excellence in Customer Service is how I would describe Tony Ortiz. I WILL NOT go anywhere else for an oil change or any other service that Pursuit of Excellence in Customer Service is how I would describe Tony Ortiz. I WILL NOT go anywhere else for an oil change or any other service that my car needs because of Tony and the entire team at Ziegler Nissan or Orland Park. For over eight years they have made getting maintenance on my car an enjoyable experience. My car is in excellent running condition because of their skill and expertise and I feel safe driving long distances in my Nissan Altima because of them all. Brought my car in for a noise. Was told it was my catalytic converter. WRONG!! After spending a good amount of money, my car is still making the noise I brought it in for. Decent for regular maintenance services (I. e. grease and oil change) in regards to wait, cost, quality of work, etc. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for anything beyond that due to cost and hav e. grease and oil change) in regards to wait, cost, quality of work, etc. Wouldn’t necessarily recommend for anything beyond that due to cost and having to wait a day them to order parts (basic wheel rims), but due to my work schedule of the business hours, i had to wait an extra day to pick up my car. Expensive repair (which I kind of expected going to the dealer), but now they add a 3% surcharge on credit card purchases, so my $1000+ bill stung a bit more. They also change more than $200 for “diagnostics” for something that was clearly visible and would’ve been found during the complimentary inspection as part of my grease and oil change, and I’m not convinced they even completed the diagnostic entirely. I knew 2 wheels were a problem, but asked them to look at all 4 to be sure. Not convinced they actually did that though because it’s only 1 day after picking up my car from them, and the 2 rims/wheels/tires they didn’t replace are slowly losing pressure. Will probably have to take it somewhere else now to get it looked at, hopefully for the last time. They also apparently don’t inspect other things like broken like fluids or air filters, or even look up maintenance record on car fax (or within Nissan’s system, since my car has only been serviced at a different Nissan dealership), but they still recommended “immediate” attention and maintenance on these things (to the tune of an extra $600 combined) based purely on odometer not actual service record that is easily obtained through CarFax or some other system I’m sure they have access to (or maybe they could just checked these things themselves rather than solely relying on data they claimed they didn’t have). More
