Made my appointment online. After dropping off, it took more than 24 hours to get back to me and I had to call and inquire. When my service person finally called back it was not After dropping off, it took more than 24 hours to get back to me and I had to call and inquire. When my service person finally called back it was not to update me but ask about a service he’d offered me when I dropped off. Took two days to actually get the diagnostic results and have them begin working. When I was finally able to pick up, I got in my car only to be greeted by a partially drank coke that was NOT mine. Overall, poor experience and I will not be coming back to Leson Chevrolet for servicing on my vehicle unless I have absolutely no other choice. More

Saw the vehicle on carfax and went to purchase and told they had no obligation to sell it for that price. Purchased anyway and they added Gap insurance and a Service contract without my knowledge for over they had no obligation to sell it for that price. Purchased anyway and they added Gap insurance and a Service contract without my knowledge for over $4,000.00 dollars and to add insult to injury, the brake system warning light came on before i got home with it.
