I have been through xxxx with the IDIOT in finanace name jeremiah like really do you even know how to do your job right !!! you have put me through the worst and management in this place SUCKS and dont know how to do xxxx right !!! how am i on my third temp tag please explain !? and you guys dont want to give me another one at all but why when all this xxxx with the registration with my tag and my license plate have been you guys fault !? so if i go to jail or get a ticket or have to go to court whos going to do anything for me ?! Oh none of you ! does management even know a little bit about florida laws cause i hadanother IDIOT manager tell me i wont get a ticket you got to be kidding me i just called the sherrif department and verified this with them !? worst freaking place to do any business with i swear !!! also management didnt want to talk to me cause how pissed i am oh thats so unprofessional ! i work for bank of america i am a manager and i know about customer service you guys have the worst ! i was going to have my mom and husband but you know what after what ive been through xxxx no and i will tell EVERYONE about this experience . Btw what my credit got to do woth Jeremiah xxxxing everything up ?! you guys need to show more sympathy and care about others cause if it was you guys in my shoes you would of been pissed . By the ways im also waiting for jeremiah to give me a call its been two weeks !!! so unprofessional , also manager tony gave me expecttion for me to receive tags and registation on saturday cause they going to fast ship are you kidding me is saturday and had to waste my mt time at this xxxx dealership !!!! im over it with brandon honda you guys suck bad More

Another Great Brandon Honda Experience Had the opportunity to work with the amazing Priscilla Prates today. I spoke to Priscilla ahead of time to set an appointment. I told her what I was l Had the opportunity to work with the amazing Priscilla Prates today. I spoke to Priscilla ahead of time to set an appointment. I told her what I was looking for and shared with her that I would have limited time. Priscilla listened. When I arrived she was ready for me. She had a car out front, paperwork prepped and I drove my beautiful new Odyssey off the lot 3 hours later...on a very busy day at the dealership. That is a new personal best for me when it comes to car shopping. Priscilla is a true professional. She bought us lunch while we waited and went out of her way to make sure we were happy. I got the deal I wanted and will definitely be setting an appointment with her again when we're ready to buy our next Honda. Thank you, Priscilla. More

After owning an Odyssey for 9 years, we were in the market for a new one. We had never been to Brandon Honda before, but had heard good things so we decided to stop by. We were greeted right away in a super friendly, but not overbearing way, by our Sales Consultant, Eddie Guadalupe. We were offered both water and food, asked questions about ourselves and our lifestyle and he shared things about himself as well. This showed us that we weren't looked at as yet another sale, but as individuals, and there was a genuine interest in getting to know us as such. Eddie gave us a tour of the entire facility (including the areas where we would go for service), brought us out to lunch during our test drive and guided us through the entire experience, even during the insurance and finance aspects. Eddie went above and beyond to be sure that we were comfortable and completely satisfied with our experience. We never felt pressured, and it's safe to say that Brandon Honda far exceeded our expectations! We have never had such a wonderful car buying experience! The entire staff was wonderful - from the manager, Tony Lara, to the Insurance Agent, Danielle Powell, to the Finance Manager, Don Bitler, to Driss Hilili who assisted us in choosing the perfect accessories - first class all the way! Not to mention a Lifetime Warranty to boot! I cannot say enough great things about Brandon Honda. Easy upgrade! I had my 2014 CRV LX in for an oil change last week. Over the weekend I received a call/email from Hatem explaining that I was eligible for Brandon Ho I had my 2014 CRV LX in for an oil change last week. Over the weekend I received a call/email from Hatem explaining that I was eligible for Brandon Honda's Vehicle Upgrade program. He said he could work with me to get me in a 2016 CRV or other Honda model if I preferred. Sounded too good to be true but I figured what did I have to lose? Worst case I keep my 2014 CRV which I loved. Hatem met me Monday at my convenience. I asked if I could look at the EX model. I loved all the great features compared to the LX but figured It was out of my reach but Hatem made it happen for me! Hatem is very knowledgeable, courteous and personable. I felt comfortable with him right away...we all know how stressful buying a car can be. Before I knew I had my 2016 CRV EX and absolutely love it! Tony and Jim were awesome in helping me get through the financial part of the process. More
