We Will Never Buy A Car Any Other Way We had our new Honda Pilot delivered to our home last week by Brandon Honda, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly this process went. This was hands down THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE we have ever had. We have always wanted to try home delivery and we were so glad that we did. These guys had it down to a science. I worked out all of the details of my new lease with Christine Conley and Tony Lara before hand. They were super easy to work with and INCREDIBLY quick with their responses... and the deal they worked was SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER than what it was going to cost me to lease other smaller and less equipped SUVs from their competitors. Zee Houichi was my product and delivery specialist and he could not have been any nicer to work with. He communicated with me each step of the way and even let me know exactly when he would arrive at our home. Zee was very kind and respectful... a true professional from start to finish! John Ortiz made the financing a breeze and we knew our exact payment down to the penny before Zee even arrived with our new Pilot. Great explanations of the products we could choose to protect our investment. We ended up going with the Tire and Road Hazard as we had to replace 3 tires on our last vehicle due to debris. This was a terrific value in our book. But the VERY BEST PART... was how little time it took to handle all the details. We have done scheduled deliveries at the dealership before where everything was "supposed" to be handled before hand to speed things up. Even at the best stores, this process still took 90 minutes. Here is what happened with our Showroom To Go experience with Brandon Honda: 11:45 Zee arrived He showed showed me around the features of our new Honda Pilot I took a test drive with my wife and daughter to check out how it handled and performed. We signed papers (everything was all ready for us) Zee called John to process our credit card down payment 12:15 Zee left us with a warm smile and a big THANK YOU! 30 minutes start to finish to buy a vehicle!!! (mic drop) Thank you Brandon Honda for making it this such a totally stress free experience during the most stressful time in history. The Theisen family loves your Showroom To Go experience. I used to believe car salesmen (or women) were never to be believed or trusted. Yesterday, while working with Mo (Mohammed) Alhadidi from Brandon Honda, that belief was radically changed. My first contact be believed or trusted. Yesterday, while working with Mo (Mohammed) Alhadidi from Brandon Honda, that belief was radically changed. My first contact with Mr Alhadidi came when I sent an email to the store inquiring about a vehicle I saw online. Mo promptly called me to answer my questions and fully explained what to expect, including pricing, when I arrived at Brandon Honda if I chose to inspect and test drive the car. Now, I needed a vehicle and was ready to buy one. I had been looking for several weeks, test drove half a dozen at many different places and been in contact with a lot of sales people. My decision to visit Brandon Honda and meet Mohammed started from that phone call. This man had something in his voice and it was confirmed when he introduced himself to me that was comforting and trustworthy. Mo was thoroughly knowledgeable about the cars I was interested in. His welcoming nature was never impatient or pressing despite my multitude of questions. I finally found and ultimately purchased a vehicle from Brandon Honda. My decision was of course because I needed a car, but I could have gotten one from any number of places. Besides Brandon Honda having the car I wanted, Mo was part of my decision where I purchased my new car. Mr. Alhadidi changed my view of people selling cars. I now know they can be kind, considerate, knowledgeable people who genuinely want to be more informative and helpful rather than pushy people that look at customers like they’re being in the store is an inconvenient hassle and they should just hurry up and buy a car. I’m fortunate to have had Mo Alhadidi as the salesman to help me learn about various autos so I could decide what is best for me. Mo is an outstanding individual who is an incredible representative for Brandon Honda and they’re fortunate to have him in their employ. Anyone considering the purchase of a vehicle should be as lucky as I was and have a Mo on their side when buying a car! Thank you Mo! More

Staff is very friendly and they make waiting while your vehicle gets serviced comfortable by having TV’s, snack shop, and complimentary coffee and water ! Plus a kids play area when I have to bring my kiddo along. More

Don’t buy the service contract! In the Summer of 2018, I purchased a New CRV from Brandon Honda for my daughter, who is going to college in Maine. The initial sales experience was In the Summer of 2018, I purchased a New CRV from Brandon Honda for my daughter, who is going to college in Maine. The initial sales experience was reasonable, not too pushy or aggressive. However, when you sit down with the “financial services manager”, they will try to up-sell you. I suppose this is fairly normal dealership practice. They sold me a service contract that would cover the first 7 services, oil changes, tire rotation, etc, as recommended in the service manual. I was told that I could bring it in to any dealership, and they would lookup the VIN number What I learned is that when my daughter tried to get her car serviced at the Honda dealership in Portland Maine, they did not accept this service agreement. The reason was that this was a 3rd party company, and they did not reimburse enough. When I purchased this service contract, I was led to believe that it was through Honda! Perhaps I could understand if this was a used car and they sold me an inferior 3rd party contract, but this was a brand spanking new vehicle! I contacted Brandon Honda twice, and I have not yet heard back from them, other than an acknowledgement of the receipt of my complaint. And this is why I am posting this review. DON’T BUY THE SERVICE CONTRACT! More
