That Was worse experience in my life I was waiting two hours for oil change. Nobody telling me that it’s gonna be take so long and supervisor know that I’m not a drop off my car. I had a 9:45 appointment. To have new tires put on and to have The tire is balanced and have a Alignment done. at 4:30 I called to see if my car was done and it went to voicem To have new tires put on and to have The tire is balanced and have a Alignment done. at 4:30 I called to see if my car was done and it went to voicemail so again I called it 5:30 and again it went to voicemail so I drove there to see if my car was done. The new tires were on, but the alignment was not done and the guy that does the alignments had gone home I was very upset because I needed the car the next day, but I had to leave it because it wasn’t done and they said it’d be done the very first thing at 8 o’clock the next morning they never called me until 10 o’clock the next day to say it was done. And then it looks terrible. The tires were left a mess. The sealer is slapped all over the tires. I take pride in my car and it looks terrible. I am not happy and I’ve always gone there to Freeman Chevrolet for any car problems or anything I need but I’m second I’m not sure if I’ll go back that’s how unhappy I am for one thing. It shouldn’t have taken two days to change my tires And an alignment done when I had an appointment for 9:45 in the morning And then leave my car that mess in my tires. I am not happy at all. More
