I bought a 2023 70th Anniversary Corvette from Front Royal Ford in VA. I live in TX. To say the least this was interesting buy. My salesman, Rodrigo Marino, was excellent! He was extremely respectful to me every time I talked with him! Tony, Sales manage, also went above and beyond to make this deal go through! There were times I thought the deal was off, and every time Tony/Rodrigo ensured me things were going to alright, and they were! I highly recommend these guys. I wish I was a ford guy. If I was, I'd be back every time to buy from them. Also shout out for Derrick Evans, finance guy, for also making things easy for me. Finally, Patricia Terrazas helped me many times as well.. I made an offer on a vehicle after seeing a price drop on Autotrader and scheduled a test drive. Tony called me and confirmed that I had made an offer and collected info about my trade in. When I went for th Autotrader and scheduled a test drive. Tony called me and confirmed that I had made an offer and collected info about my trade in. When I went for the test drive he said he didn't remember me or know anything about the offer I had made using Autotrader. They wanted to start from the beginning. It was like they had no knowledge of my cash offer including my trade in! But the real kicker is that the vehicle was not even there! I was told some service guy was using it for their personal loaner and had driven it home the night before! It was advertised with 9,000 miles but when the vehicle showed up, (a FULL 2 HOURS later), it had 12,400 miles on it! I was flabbergasted. I know they knew I was coming for a test drive because they texted me in the morning and asked when I was going to be there! Well, despite all that, I ended up buying the vehicle and the rest of the deal went very smoothly. Rodrigo was very knowledge about the vehicle and talked me through the technology features and even sent me a front license plate holder since the truck was missing one. The tax and title finance guy was great as well. He processed the paperwork quickly for us. More
