We did buy a car with 45,000 miles but we had asked Joe about the tires and was told they were good. A few months after purchase we were told one tire totally "shot" and unsafe. When I called Yark I spoke with Michelle who asked if I took a test drive and did I notice problems with tires! Really? Then she was quick to ask if I would like to make an appointment to purchase new tires! Also when car was serviced they noticed some type of substance on the battery that had to be cleaned! I'm wondering if car was serviced before we purchased! We have purchased Toyota for 20+ yrs but obviously not reliable! More

Dealership said they supported enterprise fleet. Made an appointment. Dropped off vehicle. Joe from Yark was so fun and kind to work with! Yark as a whole worked with me when I was having to wait to be approved for my own personal loan, and kept me in the loop the entire time. This is my 3rd vehicle from Yark! One used and 2 new vehicles! I was 1st very impressed that the 17 year old vehicle I 1st brought to them for service was treated like it was New.
