Regarding the weather strip concern, we understand how frustrating it is to wait on parts, especially when backorders are outside of our immediate control. Our team should have explained this process more clearly and provided consistent updates so you weren't left feeling uncertain. We also apologize if your other concerns, like the speaker rattle, weren't properly documented and addressed during your service visit. That is not the level of care we strive to provide. On the subject of your complimentary oil changes, we regret the confusion around the program and we'd be happy to review your purchase agreement to ensure you receive the benefits you were promised. We value your long history with Nissan, from your Datsun through your Rogue and it's disappointing to hear that your trust in our dealership has been shaken.
