I previously had a bad experience at this dealership but after talking and meeting with General manager Frank and Tony General sales manager feeling is the total opposite . I could not be happier with my most recent servicing experience with Island Acura. Joe Robinson in the Service Dept made sure that my 2020’ RDX was serviced with all of the services I needed to be perf experience with Island Acura. Joe Robinson in the Service Dept made sure that my 2020’ RDX was serviced with all of the services I needed to be performed. Ryan Shim, the Service Manager, immediately addressed a fuel pump recall and had the part ordered to insure the safety of my RDX and my peace of mind. I have my RDX serviced at only this dealership because I know that I am receiving the very best professional service experience possible. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle to this dealership, you will NEVER be disappointed. I have been a long time loyal customer :) More

My service experiences with Island Acura since I have been a loyal customer since 1992 have all been extremely positive. It is what has kept me coming back to Island Acura year-after-year. Customer satisfaction is truly a #1 priority and the General Sales Manager, Tony Di Giovanni, has always made sure that I am completely satisfied with the service I have received. He also has always been available to help and assist with any questions I have. Just recently, I had an issue with my RDX and he and Ryan Shim, the service manager, resolved the issue immediately and to my complete satisfaction. Ryan is ALWAYS available to address all of my concerns and provides me with the peace of mind that my RDX is receiving the best service possible. A very special thank you also to Joey Robinson who always personally insures that my RDX remains in peak running condition. I feel very comfortable having my car's service needs met at Island Acura. I have other choices of Acura dealerships that are much closer to where I live, but I choose to return to Island Acura because they offer top-notch servicing and have always treated me like a valued customer. I truly appreciate the courtesy and professionalism I receive at Island Acura which is the reason I will always remain a loyal customer. The quality of service is truly second to none. More

BUYER BEWARE! I should have known better. I was looking for a Certified Acura and found one I liked at Island Acura. I was quoted a high price, but they gave me I should have known better. I was looking for a Certified Acura and found one I liked at Island Acura. I was quoted a high price, but they gave me a ‘good deal’, which I accepted. When I checked the dealer’s on line price, I WAS SAVING $8 DOLLARS…YES $8 DOLLARS off the online price. I cancelled the sale. I really needed a car, and I loved the one I originally bought, so I decided to go head with the deal. When I went to pick my car, the Purchase agreement stipulated an add’l $404.87, saying they made a mistake on the first invoice. They actually charged for something that was included on my original invoice. I am a 74 year old widow, who was lied to and taken advantage of and I am furious. This is crazy. This is my second ACURA and love my car, but my next vehicle I purchase will not be from here. The salesman who helped me was great (Darren), but the financial mgr, Joe, and the sales mgr, Tony should be ashamed to be representing Acura More

Seemingly nice but shady business practices. Ask for a copy of what they've actually done and expect for them to never send it because it wasn't actually done. Read and ask plenty of questions. I have been a loyal customer of Island Acura for 30+ years. I do not live closeby, but it has been the EXCELLENT service I receive from the service manager, Joey Robinson, that has kept me coming back years. I do not live closeby, but it has been the EXCELLENT service I receive from the service manager, Joey Robinson, that has kept me coming back year-after-year. Joey has always made sure that my 92’ Integra GS was in peak running condition and has always been available to answer any of my concerns. Island Acura, with servicing my Integra for regular maintenance approximately every 6 months over the past 30+ years, has kept my Integra running smoothly without not one road-side emergency breakdown. Sadly, when it was recently not possible to find a gear shift cable for my car which Matt, in the Parts Dept, had been searching for high and low for weeks (for which I so appreciated his diligence because he knew how much I LOVED my Integra), it was Joey who presented me with the dreaded news that my beloved 1992’ Integra GS could not be repaired. It was with a heavy heart that I had to say “goodbye” to a car I took impeccable care of for over three decades :( Darren Thornton was my salesman and I could not be happier with my purchasing experience of a pre-owned, certified 2020’ Acura Tech Package RDX. Darren was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and non-pressuring. He patiently went over all of the features of the Tech Package, many of which I was awed by simply because of all the advanced technology I was not familiar with. Even now, if I have a service appointment, Darren ALWAYS stops by the waiting room to greet me with a friendly “Hello” and always asks me if he can help me with any of the features of my RDX of which I am still learning after owning my RDX for approximately two months. I would also like to give a big “thank you” to the sales manager, Tony D, and Brittany who were so kind and helpful with making my purchasing experience a seamlessly smooth and pleasurable one :) I am looking forward to continuing to remain a loyal customer and will DEFINITELY be purchasing my next new vehicle from Island Acura where customer satisfaction is ALWAYS #1 :) More

Excellent service and great experience buying our TLX from Island Acura. Bobby G was the best. He made time to FaceTime a virtual tour of the car on a Tuesday, we test drove Friday and took the car hom from Island Acura. Bobby G was the best. Came into Island Acura to look at a 2018 Lexus IS 300 that someone traded in they had for sale on their website, the only Lexus on the lot and not even an Acura product. Got an unbelievable price on it for the year and mileage! The sales Rep Rocky and customer service rep Drew were excellent! They even brought me to drop off my rental around the corner to save me another 10 hour roundtrip drive back down to Long Island and Joe did the financing for me very quickly. BEST DEALER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD PERSONALLY and I have had quite few. I wasn't pestered for extended warranties and extra garbage I didnt want, car price with tax and tags...THATS IT! All around great service and got a great car!...10 out of 10 experience....I would drive the 5 hours again in a heartbeat!... More

Complete bait and switch price scam. Agreed to a deal then renegged at the last minute and would not honor their written quote.
