There is so much to say and only so many words to describe it From the instance that you pull up to the dealership, you feel a sense of calm and welcoming. The front desk personnel who had amazing blue and green hair, it was refreshing to see working professionals being allowed to express themselves. We ended up working with Tony Carroll who was referred to us and for good reason. He is the best car sales personnel that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He was honest kind and compassionate and made sure that we knew what our options were and really listened to our concerns. Also he let us take control of the appointment which was nice and did not push us in any way. Every step he was there answering numerous questions and making sure we knew what was going on. Kyle and Brian need a shout-out also as they were quick professional and honest and a delight to work with. I traded in my old SUV for a Honda CRV and I do not think I will ever go to another dealer or sales personnel again if I can help it. Thank you for making us feel heard and listened to and making us feel like part of the family. Zimmerman Honda is the best dealership in the QC.
