I leased a 2023 Hyundai Ioniq limited from Downey Hyundai. When I first stopped by the dealership I spoke with Kevin and Sargon. They helped show me the vehicle, available trims, as well as allowed Hyundai. When I first stopped by the dealership I spoke with Kevin and Sargon. They helped show me the vehicle, available trims, as well as allowed me to take a test drive. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. When I told them that I was there looking at the vehicle for my pregnant wife, they helped me understand my lease options and were willing to answer any questions I had. The next weekend I brought my wife to the dealership so she could take a look at the vehicle and do a test drive. Both Kevin and Sargon were great, patient and informative with my pregnant wife. This was a big part of helping my wife agree that the vehicle was right for her and really made clear that Kevin and Sargon are great at what they do. Lastly I had a smooth, and pleasant, experience with Tony in finance on the lease agreement including answering all my questions. Would definitely recommended Downey Hyundai to friends and family!
