Fast service for recall (ECU update) and oil change. One star deduction since a requested service was not performed (lug nuts overtorqued from previous service and requested them to be loosened so I ca One star deduction since a requested service was not performed (lug nuts overtorqued from previous service and requested them to be loosened so I can switch to winter tires/wheels; was not completed; had to have someone come over with a breaker bar). I have been coming here since 2013. Always treated with respect. Not once have they ever tried to push a repair that wasn't needed. They listen and answer my questions. I was originally told the appointment would take 4 hours. My car ended up in the shop for over a week. Loaner car given was not equivalent to my current vehicle.
