From the second I walked in the staff was nothing but friendly and helpful! I decided to sit and talk with a salesman by the name of Tony Aiello. Tony was the picture of professionalism. Tony had the answer to every question I had, he seemed to know the cars better than Ford! Tony took me around the lot and showed me several different models of the Truck I was looking for explaining to me the differences between each.The leasing process was very quick and straight forward and I never felt like they were trying to get one over on me! The finance manager Tom Lumley was very kind and understood that I had a family to get home to so he went as quickly through the process while still making sure I understood what I was signing and why. My salesman Tony Aiello was so friendly, honest and helpful it was a breath of fresh air. When I picked up vehicle it was time to sign paperwork and finalize everything with finance manager. My car payments were actually less than I was quoted because they got me a better interest rate. Having bought many cars and trucks in my life for me and my business I was ready for the usual hard sell on extras, extended warranty, undercoating, etc. However, there was none of that. I was in and out of the finance office with all paperwork signed and with keys in my hand in under five mins. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. It was really the best car buying experience of my life. More
