My BMW had stalled at a red light in Naples and would not start it was a Sunday afternoon so I had my car towed to BMW of Bonita Springs. First thing on Monday morning Tona Zarrelli called me and said she wo start it was a Sunday afternoon so I had my car towed to BMW of Bonita Springs. First thing on Monday morning Tona Zarrelli called me and said she would get my car in the shop right away and would call me as soon as she knew what was going on with my car. She called me back and said that the mechanic had gone through the whole vehicle and determined my battery needed to be replaced. I agreed with the mechanic as the battery was more than 6 years old. They replaced the battery and had the car cleaned and washed and returned to me that same day. Tona was fantastic she was very pleasant and she treated me like I was her most important customer she kept informed throughout the whole repair process. I was very pleased with the service that I received and would highly recommend Tona Zarelli and BMW of Bonita Springs. Thank you again Tona Zarelli for your professionalism and excellent customer service. More

Car had an engine malfunction code and I showed up mid-day without an appointment. Despite the fact that it was extremely busy, I received very quick attention. Although I hadn’t been to Germain in about 3 years, my service advisor, Tona Zarelli, took charge. I had a preliminary diagnosis within a few hours and then she pushed through the repair to meet a very tight deadline that we needed to meet. Communication was excellent throughout. Five star service! More

I have been pleased overall with my service but the department seems like there are not enough technicians to handle the work flow. My service rep Tona. seems to have to jump through hoops to get me in department seems like there are not enough technicians to handle the work flow. My service rep Tona. seems to have to jump through hoops to get me in when I have a problem because of previously scheduled routine maintenance on other vehicles. I had to wait three days to have a battery diagnosed and replaced. I was also scheduled for new brakes over a week in advance and when I dropped my car off I was told they did not have the parts and had to come back the following week, My service rep is very responsive but there’s a disconnect somewhere if they don’t have basic parts for repairs and no time slots reserved to handle the unexpected. I really prefer to have my car serviced by the dealer where I purchased my car, but believe the dealership needs a tune up in their service department. More
