What can be said about Tommy and Findlay Toyota? Considering 2021 has been a year of up and downs, currently 1 week away from my first child, in the middle of a pandemic and in a time when navigatin Considering 2021 has been a year of up and downs, currently 1 week away from my first child, in the middle of a pandemic and in a time when navigating the auto market is extremely difficulty, Tommy came in to save the day. I have been in the market for a new car since February and as many people know the car market right now is very…competitive. Used cars going for over msrp of new cars, new cars being market up $10-$15k over msrp and inventory being non existent almost made me give up on my search. Luckily Tommy reached out to me in June saying he had the exact 4Runner I’ve been looking for coming in. Being that Findlay Toyota is an out of state dealership for me I was a bit concerned about the entire process of buying out of state, but Tommy and Findlay made the process seamless and almost easier than buying inside of my own state. After putting down a deposit Tommy frequently updated me on ever step of the way of where my car was with a pretty exact ETA of arrival. When the car finally arrived Tommy sent me videos and called immediately! I arrived the next day to pick up my new car and the process was extremely easy and Tommy is such a personable guy. None of those old schools “car salesman” tactics were used which made me know I made the right decision in choosing Findlay. After finishing up the easiest paperwork I’ve ever done at a dealership I was on my way home. If you are ever in the need of a car you can rely on Tommy and the staff at Findlay to take care of you. Although I may be 4.5 hours away, I would definitely purchase another vehicle from this location due to the outstanding customer service and ease of the car buying process. More

During my car purchasing experience, Tommy continued to provide the excellent customer service like none other! He would go the extra mile that none of the other car salesman would. For example, in a 115F day, he crawled underneath my wife's old Tacoma just to take off the side runner board and installed them to her new truck! When we accidentally left some belongings in our trade-in vehicle, he was willing to stay 45mins passed his shift just to wait for us to get back there and search the entire vehicle with us! After that, I was thinking it might be my turn to purchase a new vehicle, so I went to bombarded Tommy with tons of questions again. Unlike Centennial Toyota, where the car salesman there would ask you "Are you willing to take the vehicle home today?" in between every other answers. Tommy went back and forth from our table to the computer at least 15 times just to entertain my curiosity. Never did he feed me with BS just to rush me out the door because I didn't seem like a serious buyer. So guess what? I ended up purchased a vehicle today with him! Needless to day, his service was superb throughout the whole experience and he was nice enough to even throw in some extra goodies for my vehicle! If you need a car regardless if it's a Toyota or not, you NEED to go to Findlay Toyota and get to know Tommy Win! I guarantee you will not regret about it! (P.S.
