Not because it was “easy” but because it was handled by a sales associate named Tommy Win who genuinely cared about ensuring we ended up with the vehicle we wanted at the payments we could afford. He never once pressured us no matter how long we took to decide. Instead, he continued to ask probing questions to guide us which is exactly what earned my trust. Week after week, Tommy sent me a list of trucks that fit my specifications and we’d work out the figures until I finally decided on what I felt comfortable with. At that point, I had Tommy draw up the papers so that my time in the office would be minimal. I literally spent 15 minutes in the office and it was done! This type of integrity, service and excellence is so rare these days. In an industry rife with sales people who care only about the bottom line, I am so fortunate to have met this young man and I truly hope that more people get to experience his services. Thank you so much Findlay Toyota for sales people like Tommy who care about making customers become LOYAL customers. Great job Tommy, we love our Tacoma! More

The way buying a car should be I walked into Findlay Toyota thinking the process was going to take forever. I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that include I walked into Findlay Toyota thinking the process was going to take forever. I was amazed that I was in and out in less than 2 hours, and that includes signing all of the paperwork. Tommy was never “pushy” and answered my questions openly and honestly. TJ, the finance guy, was quick and personable. He also wasn’t pushy with extra options, if I said “no”, he moved on. The car that I purchased was still on the truck when I bought it and I was given a 5 day range of when it could be here. I expected to only hear back when my car arrived, but Tommy texted me each day to give me an update. The whole experience was what I hope ALL of my future car buying experiences will be. More

Tommy followed up with a phone call to make sure my dealer paperwork was sent to AK dmv and Anna called AK DMV to make sure she could convey to me the correct info as to how I could get temp plates while awaiting the processing of perm plates to be sent to me at my summer home in CA. More

Blown away by the size of this place. I made an appointment with Dave Glenn to test drive a 2019 Toyota Rav4 XSE Hybrid and loved it, but it wasn't the color I was looking for. I asked if they were receiving any more and Dave went and checked and they were receiving a blue one by the end of the following month. I decided to put a deposit down to hold for me. I told Dave that I wanted to come back the next day with the wife to test drive the car again he said he would be off and hooked me up with Tommy Winn. I made an appointment with Tommy and was a little hesitant because he seemed very young. I came back the next day with the wife and we fell in love with the Rav4 and really liked the silver and black finish and decided to make the purchase. Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the entire transaction. Very pleased with the overall process. This was the best buying experience I've every had at a dealership.
