Lease of 2019 Tucson Value Pack 2nd time Star lessee. Treated well by Tom Tong. Disappointed in considerably higher vehicle cost, no offrer of a deal for repeat customer. No free mai 2nd time Star lessee. Treated well by Tom Tong. Disappointed in considerably higher vehicle cost, no offrer of a deal for repeat customer. No free maintenance offer. Also, no CD in the vehicle which I did not realize till driving off. More

Friendly and amazing experience I did my homework had been to a few dealerships and had phone quotes. After speaking to Mark on the phone with what I wanted and was looking for he I did my homework had been to a few dealerships and had phone quotes. After speaking to Mark on the phone with what I wanted and was looking for he made it so much easier. Compared to my previous experiences he made me feel so comfortable knowing this was the right place to go to. Once I got there the whole transaction was done with great expertise. Didn’t have to wait around. Just want to thank Mark Tommy and Wahdeem for making buying my car a truly wonderful experience. Will definitely be coming back in the future. More

Just OK I was very disappointed with the interest rate I received from Zack. I have a credit rating of over 800, and I received a 5%+ interest rate. My previo I was very disappointed with the interest rate I received from Zack. I have a credit rating of over 800, and I received a 5%+ interest rate. My previous purchase from Star (2016 Genesis) I received 0%. Tommy the sales person was helpful, but it seemed like Zack was calling the shots on handling the sale. Zack was pleasant enough, but I would have rather received a fair interest rate. I think this is my last sale with Star. More
