Miscommunication I am a regular customer. So I know and have experienced what “good” customer service should be or at least what to expect. I came to finance the re I am a regular customer. So I know and have experienced what “good” customer service should be or at least what to expect. I came to finance the remaining balance of a car that the family truly loved and relies on. I came in before 2pm. Literally sat or an hour WAITING. Only to find out that the finance person was dealing with someone then went to lunch. Then when I finally get to see the person, we went over the paper work to then only tell me to step out because it’s gong to take a bit for the banks to send the contract back. Then I’m asked for my insurance card and other info that could have been done while I was WAITING that entire hour. One person blamed the sales rep. One person blamed the finance dept. It took over 2 hours. I did not leave till after 4pm for something that should have been 30-45 mins tops. So am I happy, NO, sometimes my loyalty is my downfall. I hope this incident doesn’t occur again More

Car didn’t start My Elantra wouldn't start on Sat, 12/14. Called Hyundai’s Roadside Assistant on Monday 12/16th to tow my car to the service center. The tow truck driv My Elantra wouldn't start on Sat, 12/14. Called Hyundai’s Roadside Assistant on Monday 12/16th to tow my car to the service center. The tow truck driver started the car and it worked. Decided to drive the car to the service center anyway since I made the appointment. The tech, Dhaliana took care of me right away. The car was fixed within the hour. Found out the trouble was loose connectors to the battery. More

NOT THE BEST, BUT FAIR ! VERY BUSY DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS TO HAVE A SMALL HANDLE PART TO OPEN THE HOOD REPLACED FOR $ 73.00 ? ASKED TO HAVE LEF VERY BUSY DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING. TOOK APPROXIMATELY 3 HOURS TO HAVE A SMALL HANDLE PART TO OPEN THE HOOD REPLACED FOR $ 73.00 ? ASKED TO HAVE LEFT 2 TIRES CHECKED BECAUSE EACH DAY AIR IS LEAKING - THEY CLAIM THAT NOTHING IS WRONG WITH THE TIRES ? ONE DAY LATER AIR IS STILL LEAKING , NOT SURE IF THEY ACTUALLY LOOKED FOR THE LEAK OR NOT, I NEED TO BRING THE CAR BACK AGAIN SO THEY CAN INSPECT IT CLOSER ! More
