Recently my previous car was declared a total loss, so I was in need of something to get around. I wanted to go back to Toyota since I feel confident in their products. He knew what I was looking for, and he did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need. Everyone else at the dealer was also wonderful to chat with, including Tommy who handled the finance, and Evan behind the desk.
