Recently my previous car was declared a total loss, so I was in need of something to get around. I wanted to go back to Toyota since I feel confident in their products. A friend of mine suggested to go to DCH Freehold and ask for Ian-Michael, and I can not say how appreciative I am of everything. Ian was professional, friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful. He knew what I was looking for, and he did not try to upsell me anything that I did not need. Everyone else at the dealer was also wonderful to chat with, including Tommy who handled the finance, and Evan behind the desk. I hope I don’t need to do this again for good amount of time, but these are the people I will choose to deal with!!! More

Ian was super helpful with the purchase of my 2022 RAV4 XLE. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the process and my particular needs. Ian-Michael Salon was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable about the RAV4 Prime model in which I was interested and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I have never felt that they suggest additional service that isn't really needed. More

I don't usually take the time to write these reviews, especially for Car dealerships. However, the Sales person, Vincent (Vinny), was so amazing that I'd be remiss if I didn't take the time to show my a especially for Car dealerships. However, the Sales person, Vincent (Vinny), was so amazing that I'd be remiss if I didn't take the time to show my appreciation for his great customer service. He was very personable, funny, and most importantly did not try to be pushy when I didn't want to purchase a product. He also took the time to explain, in detail, to me the products I wanted to purchase with the car. My experience went something like this: I saw the car I wanted online, contacted them and dealt with Lisa and Tommy via Email, walked-in (the particular car I wanted was not available but they honored the price quote), reviewed my pre-approval rate from my bank, reviewed all the products available for that model Rav4 and voila. And lastly, most of what usually feels like signing a thousand pages of paper was all electronically done at this dealership. More
