"Coming down from Fayetteville, North Carolina in 2004 I really didn't think about selling cars. I am prior military and worked for Black and Decker afterward. Everyone use to tell me I needed to be in sales, and now I understand why! Now that I've been in sales for the past few years I wished I would've been here a long time ago! In this business you get to see all types of people in different walks of life and its my job to help them. It really feels good when you do your job to help others. That's why I'm here at Brandon Ford!"

Bought a used vehicle and in less than 2 weeks discovered a $1700 problem. Called dealership and was promised a call back which I never received. Called again and I was told that I bought a used vehicle and a $1700 problem. Called dealership and was promised a call back which I never received. Called again and I was told that I bought a used vehicle and that there was nothing they could do. Meanwhile, I’m stuck with a $1700 repair!! More

They sell cars at a good price They may be the largest volume Ford dealership, but that may have more to do with them trying to get the volume of people into their dealership to pus They may be the largest volume Ford dealership, but that may have more to do with them trying to get the volume of people into their dealership to push all those cars out, instead of paying attention to great customer service needs or product knowledge. Starting from the top, because that who is ultimately responsible for the people below them. After my initial visit (test drive/offers) I received an email from their Senior Sales Manager Brooksye Hall, ["Please contact me and let me know how I can be of service to you in your buying decision. I look forward to earning your business!"] Well, I did contact him on several occasions about this matter and never heard back. The same goes with Tommy Shelly (Internet Sales). I emailed him several times, since the salesman I was working with the day before (Keith Magley) was off. I did receive a phone call from him that I missed and when I called him back, and left a message, I have yet to receive a call back. Now to back pedal a bit to the initial test drive. I usually schedule this aspect by using this website to find a dealers best sales person. On this day, I was in the area and decided to drop in. Well, I got their somewhat "new guy", Keith. He said that he had been in car sales for 30 years, but only at this dealership for 9 months. Usually a good rule of thumb for new guy status stops at 6 months, but I'll keep Keith in this category, because he did not know much about the Explorer ST that I was looking at. This goes back to what I said earlier, and is a reflection of management since they are responsible for training the people below them. Once we got to the discussion of numbers they came back with everything except the APR%, which is a huge piece of the equation. Since the rebates were so high I could only assume that their in house rates would match to make up for this in the life of the loan. After some finagling to get this rate from them, James Crew (finance) came out to the sales floor and confirmed what I assumed that the Ford finance rates on the Explorer ST were 6.9%!. He was very friendly and did somewhat defuse the situation that had previously built up with Keith as I was trying to get this missing piece of the puzzle from him. After all my research and three dealerships visits I did end up purchasing from Brandon Ford, just based on price alone. The sales process went very smoothly and the paperwork drill went great with Kris Meyer. He was very informative and helpful through the entire process. Get this man a Smart Desk though would ya! So many stacks of paperwork everywhere! Once we were done here it was time for the vehicle walk around. Typical stuff, and there were some things that Keith showed me that he didn't when we did the test drive. He was very persistant about downloading the Ford app, but no mention of the Sirius/XM subscription process or hotspot features. One huge item that comes with all Explorer ST's that Keith knew nothing about, is the Ford ST SUV Driving Experience. An experimental perfomance race driving program. How is it that the customer has to tell you about this? Also, on monroney sticker it had a dealer installed crossbar ($395) on it. Which typically means that it had already been installed, but in this case it had not. Nor had it even been ordered. So the vehicle was not ready upon receiving, and now I have to go back once it comes in to have it installed. Other typical items that normally occur after the purchase of a vehicle that did not, was the tour. I did get pointed in the direction of service department, but no walk around/meet and greet, mention of parts and accessories or even a drive by from management thanking me for the purchase. Some would say that this could be due to the number of customers they had at the time. Even though the entire process took place between Wednesday and mid-day Friday during the "Safer at Home COVID-19" time period. Meaning, dealerships customer foot traffic had been way down. Overall, I was not entirely impressed with Brandon Ford. They did get my business because of their prices and as a customer isn't that what we are ultimate concerned with, getting a good deal? That does not mean that I would purchase from them again, or recommend them for that matter, because good customer service is what does that. More

WASTE OF TIME traveled over 60 miles to meet with internet sales. Was pre-approved by by credit union prior to traveling to the dealership. Found vehicle I was int traveled over 60 miles to meet with internet sales. Was pre-approved by by credit union prior to traveling to the dealership. Found vehicle I was interested in. Had a trade in. Left sitting in showroom for over 30 min with no contact from salesman. Got up and left for return trip. Halfway home salesman calls. I did not take call. Was driving. Called when arrived home. Told him I wanted some figures emailed to me. 3 Texts and one phone call later I called a sales manager. Told him of situation. 40 min later sales man returned call. Vehicle was now 2,000 over advertised price and insulted me with a ultra low ball trade in value. POOR CUST SERVICE. Would not recommended this dealership to my work enemy. More

Excellent service; fantastic price. Recently purchased my first vehicle from Brandon Ford. (It is actually my first truck and first Ford.) I had read positive online reviews of Brandon Recently purchased my first vehicle from Brandon Ford. (It is actually my first truck and first Ford.) I had read positive online reviews of Brandon Ford, so my initial inquiries, questions, requests went to them, along with several other dealers. Tommy Shelly was the representative who contacted me from Brandon Ford and who I dealt with throughout the process. Tommy was always responsive, knowledgeable, honest and forthcoming; he was never pushy, shady or manipulative. I use those last descriptors because I did encounter that type of behavior at a few other dealers; so know this, that kind of thing still does go on. On the other hand, Tommy responded to what had to be my seemingly endless emails and was always very friendly and jovial while being knowledgeable. Barry Moss in Finance was very easy to deal with as well. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. My take after this process is that, Brandon Ford has (without a doubt) the largest selection of available vehicles from which to chose, the lowest possible price without games or tricks, and fantastic salespeople. Unprofessional I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy I found a vehicle online that I wanted to look at. I clicked the link and was contacted quickly by Tommy. We set and appointment. Unfortunately Tommy would not be there for my 6 p.m. appointment. He told me to ask for a Ricardo. We were on time but the vehicle we wanted to see was "lost" because they have such a large inventory and could take a "couple of months" to find. I specified what I was looking for in the vehicle. They didn't have one on the lot. He made no attempt to check their other storage inventory for a vehicle that matched what I was looking for. When we went to take a test drive for an Edge on the lot he informed us that he had another appointment in 10 minutes. This was distressing since we had had an appointment too. This made us feel unimportant. We were given a very short test drive basically down the street make a u-turn and return. The next day I got an email asking when are we would be available to come by and "wrap it up". I ended up buying at another dealer and had a great experience. More
