My rating is not so much about the dealership but more so around the service department. Brought my car in for a brake job and when I got it back the breaks were still making noise, they had broken the hand around the service department. Brought my car in for a brake job and when I got it back the breaks were still making noise, they had broken the handle on my center counsel when they used my lugs for the tires, my cap was missing from my fluid container under the hood, the xxxxxxwere loose on my battery which caused my truck to not start and my passenger window motor blew out so the window would not go down. I picked the car up on a Friday evening and brought it back in two days later on a Monday. They fixed two of the things but then had to order parts which then required me to bring it back in again that week, taking time away from my job to do so. Now it’s been two weeks and my brakes are back to squeaking after an $800 brake job. I won’t be going back. More

When a time is agreed upon for service, it needs to be followed. A customer sitting there for an extra 2-3 hours (and proper work still not completed) is unacceptable.
