He made me feel extremely comfortable. He was very friendly and PATIENT. He never seemed annoyed with all of the questions that I asked, and I asked alot, some questions more than once. He was knowledgeable and explained all of his answers when asked. He definitely recommended me the best car for what I was looking for, which was confirmed by the research I did before and after I actually decided to purchase. He was friendly and calm. He listened when I spoke and never cut me off prematurely. I really felt that he actually had my best interests at heart. He also made me feel at home within the physical dealership when he was not there by pointing me to the hot chocolate and waiting area, where I talked a little bit with other customers. The few others I interacted with were nice as well. I chose to speak to Tommy off of a recommendation from a relative who purchased a car in the past and I was very happy with him. More

Purchased A New Car Visit the service department last week to get my tires check prior to traveling to Six Flags - while waiting - I just happened to look at the Toyota A Visit the service department last week to get my tires check prior to traveling to Six Flags - while waiting - I just happened to look at the Toyota Avalon showcase on the dealership floor. I informed the Sales Representatives if he could get the ball rolling and can make it worth my while, I would consider purchasing a new vehicle with no money down. I received at least two calls to keep me abreast of the status of financing, I was given an appointment. Upon my arrival I alerted the finance guy that I had an appointment with him and simply was asked to give him a moment to finalize the deal and make me a new car owner again. - I was pleased with the service, I received today and praise that upon my return to get my automobile service that I would receive the same type of service and respect. More
