Hi Kraven, I am very sad to hear about your experience. I would like to hear more about what happened if for nothing else to coach my manager but hopefully to get rid of the poor feelings you have toward my dealership. I would like to hear more about what happened between the point that we were happy sharing lunch and when you met My managers. To me it sounds like there may have been some misunderstanding about how we get rates or what happened at that point. Also my sales managers job is to try to get you to take the car home because once you leave there is no guarantee you will come back.
