Actually my rating for Advantage Toyota is 6 stars. I cant say enough good things about the Sales and Management Department. My experience with Tommy MacFall and Shermica Malcolm was fantastic. Absolutely need an appointment and the earlier in the day the better. I found that purchasing my car later in the afternoon. My sales person seemed rushed because he knew he wanted to go home. He really did not take the time to go over the car, even though it was very similar to the 2021 but there were some changes. I had to have two different sales people come out and sit in the car with me and help me with the screen and setting up some of the other things.
