The dealership as a whole I’d give a 9, maybe small but I felt a new truck should have had fresh oil and GM as a whole you should not have to pay for a complete owners manual. I had to request a different salesperson because the first one would not listen to me about what I wanted and insisted that I look at a vehicle I did not want. I did find a truck I liked and had a different salesperson help me. I had to return to the dealership to have my "new" truck detailed and filled with gas. Over 2 hours later and two attempts at detailing it I gave up and left to detail it myself. The side of the back seat was covered in dog hair, white residue on the door panel, & it looked like they used a spray bottle to spray something on the seats and it left runs. Apparently my truck was used by an employee for their personal use, 5,000+ miles on it at time of purchase, and they used it to haul their animals and family in as well. If I had known that it had dogs in it prior to purchase I would not have bought it. If they can't even detail a vehicle there is no way I will trust them to do maintenance/oil changes, repairs, or recall fixes. Financing was super friendly until I refused the extended warranty coverage and then he was a total jerk. I do not recommend this dealership at all. More

Would not negotiate a lower price even though it was the end of thr mouth, Took a long time to finish the paper work . Bought the truck, started home noticed I only had a 1/4 tank of gas to get home!
